We provide CDS (cold-drawn seamless) honed steel tubes. They specially made for cylinders, which have high precision requirement on the material. The inside diameter tolerance of the honed tube we made can b as tight as H7-H9; inside surface finish can be Ra 0.3 Micron or better. Straightness between 0.2-0.3mm/meter. ID: 30-1200mm. Wall Thickness: 3-100mm.
We also provide CDS ready for honing tube. Tolerance: H10.
